The service was excellent, the food was good, and we loved our spacious rooms with large bathrooms.

This place deserves more than 4 stars. The staff are pretty friendly and amicable and provide impeccable service.- We do recommend staying here.

This place is nicely furnished and the staff at the front desk are really friendly. The breakfast at the restaurant was decent, and they had good coffee. It was great being close to a subway station! 🚇

A balcony and a safe in the room, best possible location.

The twin room had an exceptionally comfortable bed, a safe, central heating, and an electronic key card; the personnel were knowledgeable and the location was marvelous, situated in the Gothic area of town.

The restaurant was nice for breakfast, I tried warm dishes. The view to the Cathedral was wonderful.- The location was incredible for my stay, only 300 meters from Gothic Quarter Centre.- I stayed here for a trip and would come here again.I enjoyed the breakfast at the nice restaurant with warm dishes and was delighted by the wonderful view of the Cathedral from the hotel. This place exudes style and has a very professional reception staff, the twin/double room with a window to an airshaft was extremely comfortable.

Amazing location in the heart of the Gothic Quarter, with easy access to metro and walking distance to major attractions. The room was clean and well-maintained. The breakfast spread was good with a variety of options. The staff, especially Leo, was polite and helpful. I had a pleasant stay at this centrally located hotel.

Located near the subway, in the heart of the city. The staff is polite, solving all problems. Good breakfast, but the usual. The room is comfortable, the bed is comfortable. There's a fridge and a safe. As a bonus, there was water and fruit.

The hotel is positioning itself at 4 stars, I'd give you 3. There's no kettle or tea supplies in the room. The toiletries are gel and soap. There was no mini-bar. Breakfast is good, but it's not 4 stars either. From unpleasant impressions: the trip coincided with the riots, wanted to change the hotel to a more distant from the center, wrote a letter to the hotel asking to cancel the reservation. But she got no answer!

The hotel is in a fantastic location - right next to the Cathedral and only a 5 minute walk to La Rambla and 10 to Plaza Catalunya. The staff were very nice (and spoke good English which was handy for us with our only basic grasp of Catalan!) and the breakfast (which was included in our room rate) also consisted of a really nice spread and selection of food.
